Andrea’s focus over the last 15 years has been on the nexus between the internal and external machinations of organisations – exploring and building organisations and teams to be strategic leaders, imagining and designing for the future needs of communities / individuals, whilst ensuring organisational sustainability. This curiosity has led her to work in the areas of strategy, planning, policy & advocacy and program development & delivery. Andrea has also led significant business growth and change management portfolios (including finance, marketing, communication and fundraising areas), business process improvement and enterprise project management within national and international organisations.
Organisation-wide transformational change within Australian Red Cross, Good Shepherd Australia & New Zealand and VACRO have been the key career highlights for Andrea. Andrea thrives on working with Boards and Senior Leaders to embrace and plan for BIG ‘future focused’ organisational change in the social purpose sector, whilst maintaining the foundations operationally that support and mentor teams so that they can continue to deliver on the organisation vision.
