Jake is a purpose-driven education and community leader with extensive experience in youth participation, co-design, and the for-purpose sector. He is currently Programs Manager at the Victorian Student Representative Council (VicSRC), where he leads statewide initiatives that embed student voice in decision-making and strengthen partnerships across education and government.

With a background spanning schools, community organisations, and youth advocacy, Jake brings a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and participatory governance. Shaped by his upbringing in Melbourne’s Jewish community, he is deeply motivated by tackling problems through community-led solutions. Jake joins Kadimah as a Board Observer and looks forward to contributing his perspective while continuing to learn through board practice.
