Durkh a Modne Gloz / Through A Strange Lens is an avante-garde musical and theatrical experience that takes you into a poetic dream-world born of Yiddish poetry. The brainchild of composer Josh Abrahams and writer/performer Galit Klas, it builds an electronic score around liturgical and ancient melodies, with retro beats and contemporary sounds.
The live production by Kadimah Yiddish Theatre opened briefly in August before our current lockdown. If you have tickets to the remaining shows, please hold on to them – we’re planning to reprise the season as soon as possible.
