On Sunday June 6, 2022 the sweet and the bitter, the heartbreaking, the hopeful and the hopeless, the funny and even the ferocious sides of Jews at work came to life through story and song in Work. Eat. Pray.

From poets, artists and musicians, to pimps and prostitutes and everything in between, sometimes in unlikely combinations, we heard about the Old World and the New, the worldly, the religious, and the defiantly political.

Presented by Kadimah as part of the Glen Eira Storytelling Festival, this original music and spoken word event featured performances by Freydi Mrocki and Tomi Kalinski, Joe Waislitz, Joe Tigel, Elana Forbes, Danielle Charak and Evelyn Krape. In English with bits of Yiddish.
